That's how many days until the Fourth of July bake-off.

I'm still plugging along researching and practicing my mad pie baking skillz. You can follow the journey here.

I'm cramming years and years worth of baking experience into a tiny amount of time and am relying on feedback from my crack team of taste-testers (friends, family and co-workers) to help me bake the perfect pie.

One of the lessons learned: People will eat anything in the break room at work, including a pretty awful pie.
